Each Application should be submitted with at least a test input file and with relative expected outputs. Documentation must be written in English in electronic ".pdf", ".rtf" or "plain text" format and shall be at most 20 pages in length (including text & figures).

Documentation must include:

• an abstract (no more than 1 page);
• a detailed specification of the algorithms' implementation;
• a discussion about suggested optimizations that were not actually implemented;
• a description of any tools used;
• a description of the exact hardware and software environment used to develop and test the software;
• a description of any test procedure.
